Salads are not only the green leafy vegetables but also the combination of other vegetables. They are rich in Vitamins, fibers, zinc, Calcium and other important minerals. They are very good appetizers and can also be served with the meals. Salads are my favorite - very light, healthy, colorful and delicious food. In Indian cuisine, salads are generally served with the main course, or in-between the meals.

Some people find it pretty boring to eat salads. We can make them delicious by adding some healthy dressings.

As the doctors say one must eat minimum five fruits or vegetables everyday, so lets make some delicious salads!
