Dear Readers,

Often readers ask me how to make healthy and simple recipes for bachelors? This is a good question. I am glad to see people are making an effort to fix their meals. Healthy meals for One!! There is a whole range of good, delicious, nutritious and easy to make recipes you can try. When you are cooking just for yourself and when you are in hurry and want to fix something quick and healthy these recipes can be your best bet. You can make them for lunch box, or for dinner.

Here I am sharing some vegetarian Indian recipes and world food recipes which I have developed over time and can be easily made at home by bachelors. Along with soups, salads, sandwiches, there are plenty of dishes you can make in less than 20 minutes. Most of them are less then400 calories food. So they are healthy as well.

A few suggestions before you start-

  1. Choose a recipe
  2. Make a list of ingredients
  3. Shop all the ingredients in a small amount.
  4. See if you have the necessary kitchenware. For example, a non-stick pan would be convenient (I personally don’t like them but they are a convenient aid in bachelor life).
