Lucknow style Green Chutney

This green chutney is a Lucknow speciality and is specially made to accompany kebabs. It is a little different than regular coriander chutney and is a modified version of mint chutney. This chutney is a good source of iron, and calcium. So try this out with kebabs and let me know your feedback.......
(makes about ½ cup)
- Coriander leaves ½ cups
- Mint leaves ½ cup
- Green chilles 1-2
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Yogurt 3-4 tbsp
Method of preparation
- Wash coriander and mint leaves thoroughly.
- Remove the stem of green chillies and wash them.
- Make a fine paste of coriander leaves, mint leaves, & green chillies in the mixer/ blender, add little water if needed.
- Now add yogurt and salt and grind the chutney again for 5-6 seconds.
Lakhwani Green chutney is ready. Transfer the chutney in a glass bowl.
