Ginger and green chili paste is a key ingredient for the curries. You can easily buy them in bottle or can make fresh at home. This paste can be refrigerated and used as per requirment.
(makes about ½ cup)
- Green chilies 50 gms
- Ginger 50 gms
Method of preparation
- Peel off, wash , and roughly chop the ginger.
- Remove the stem and wash the green chillies thoroughly.
- Make a fine paste of green chillies, and ginger in the mixer add very little water if needed.
Ginger chili paste can be kept in the refrigerator for 5-6 days.
