Evergreen Green Salad

This salad is very colorful and loved by everyone. It is rich in vitamin A as it has cabbage and carrots. You can add up more vegetables according to availability. Serve this crunchy salad with dal and rice or in between the meals.

(serves 4)

  • Shredded cabbage ½ cup
  • Cucumber  2 medium

  • Carrots 2
  • Tomato     2
  • Chaat masala ½tsp


Onions rings can be added if you want.

Method of preparation

  1. Wash and cut the tomatoes in rounds.
  2. Wash, peel off the cucumber and cut into circles.
  3. Wash and cut the carrots oval shape.

Decorate the salad the way you want.

Sprinkle some chaat masala at the time of serving.
